John 7:37 – 38 – “On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”
Thoughts for today 21 April 2020:
- Are living waters flowing from your life bringing life to those around you?
- Jesus cried these words with a loud and urgent voice; if you find you don’t have these living waters, you may come to Him and ask of Him to give you this living water
Prayer: Lord, I don’t have in myself these living waters. Please give me these living waters. Teach me what it means to “believe in You as the Scripture has said.” Show me the things that stand between us, and grudges and wrongdoing between me and those around me, creating a wall of separation. Please forgive me and help me to put it right. Amen
