I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the house of the LORD.” Our feet have been standing Within your gates, O Jerusalem! (Psalm 122:1-2)
Within these words, David expresses his longing to be with the children of God who are drawing close to His presence. Those that sanctify themselves, not hiding anything from Him, but reconcile with Him through Christ, have a longing to be with Him. Are you part of this group that longs to be in His presence and who draws continually close to Him? Not just standing in the gates, but to come closer. Those who are willing to be purified, to be reprimanded and corrected, so as to dwell continually in His presence and have become living stones in His Holy temple.
