You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. (Ps 23:5)
Within this text we learn that God has the last say. The enemy has no authority to withold God’s fellowship with us. Even within the presence of our enemies… God shows his favour in abundance….He reinstates his children, anoint them with oil and fill their cup till it overflows… This is where our focus should remain…. with Him the Lover, Carer and Sustainer of our souls!
