Know you not that they who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? So run, that you may obtain. (1 Cor 9:24)
Sometimes we can get disappointed when our sports hero fails to win a medal. Yet likewise, we are all in our own running event. Within our spiritual journey, one can easily lose heart and drop out of the race. Yet God charges us to run the race with all that is within us. We daily need to exercise our faith, which is much more valuable than gold or silver. We exercise our faith by putting to practice the theory we get from God’s Word. As we put to practise Mathew 5 and 6 within our lives, we become His living letters to those around us to join the race with us. Let us run!
