God is our refuge and strength [mighty and impenetrable], A very present and well-proved help in trouble. Ps46:1
How wonderful these words are to those that trust in God. Knowing Him to be their refuge and strength, they do not fear. The feeblest saint can fee into this strong fortress and find rest and peace. They are not dependent on their own strength and courage, but their trust remains on Him as they are resting in His shadow. Let us rest within Him today!
