To Wait

Wait on the LORD, be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. (Ps 28:14)

To wait, does not come easy for us humans, especially within the digital age. But even before the digital age waiting was a challenge. King Saul did not wait. He took matters into his own hands, and in so doing, destroyed his own future. His no-waiting was counted as disobedience and disrespect towards God and his prophet. Hudson Taylor said: “I am no longer anxious about anything for He, I know is able to carry out His will and His will is mine”. Let us wait on the LORD!
