How Bongani* was Helped

I joined the CYPSA 21 Day Programme in July 2013. My life was broken and hopeless. I only had two pairs of trousers and I was raggedy and dirty, drugs had stripped and robbed me of everything. Because of drugs I had hurt and broken so many people’s lives, especially my family.

So many times I had tried to change my life but I failed.

I’d been to jail several times, but I would come out worse than before.

In 2013 when I arrived here at CYPSA, my life was miraculously changed the day I gave my life to Jesus Christ.

From the first day I confessed my sins and wickedness to Jesus Christ and poured my life out to him, I was delivered from the bondage of drugs and crime.

In 2014 I was offered by CYPSA, an opportunity to go back to school and finish my studies.

I matriculated in 2016 and have now completed a degree in Criminology.

I am currently enrolled for a second degree.

I’m truly grateful for what the Lord has done for me.
