The Lord Our Shepherd

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. (Ps 23:1)

Within this simple statement of king David lies a profound truth. It is a truth about his relationship with God. Kowing the goodness of the Lord, and that He is his shepherd, that He will provide what is needed. It is within this relationship, that we might find rest.
