And as he reasoned about righteousness, self-control, and judgement to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go your way for this time; when I have a convenient time, I will call for you. (Acts 24:25)
Paul being questioned be Felix answered with all boldness. Paul’s words fell like hammer blows on Felix. Felix who was the judge, felt himself being accused by the Holy Spirit and convicted of sin, righteousness and judgement. Felix trembled. In an effort of trying to save himself, he requested a more convenient time… and in this way missed his opportunity to be saved. Till when will you wait to answer God’s call?
